You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds and associated requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure unless fully met prior to closure.
q89com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: these Terms have been violated; KYC verification cannot be completed; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; or the Platform is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation. Verified real-money funds will be returned to the Account holder where no misconduct is confirmed, subject to applicable deductions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q89com holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. However, q89com makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
